If you experience technical issues or the product does not work as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered if:

• A verified technical issue cannot be resolved
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Change of mind after purchase

When purchasing TeleGateBot products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software or services for your own use.

• Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify protected software components

TeleGateBot does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or compatibility with every third-party platform, Telegram update, or external system.
SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TeleGateBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
This includes, without limitation:
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Account restrictions from third-party platforms
• Telegram platform changes
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product or service.

TeleGateBot products may interact with third-party platforms including Telegram, Shopify, hosting providers, APIs, or automation tools.
We are not responsible for failures, limitations, policy changes, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
