Due to the digital nature of TeleGateBot products, refunds are not automatically provided once access, setup files, or digital services have been delivered.

If you experience technical issues or the product does not work as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at willynitrofx@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered if:
• The product is not delivered.
• The software does not function as described.
• A verified technical issue cannot be resolved.

Refunds will not be granted for:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Lack of compatibility not communicated before purchase.
• Incorrect use or configuration of the software.
• Failure to read product requirements or setup instructions.
